WORSHIP - JUSTICE - COMMUNITY

Join the Just Love Network in prayer and worship across seven UK cities this winter.

As we enter a new year, the world is faced with a set of enormous challenges. It's easy to feel overwhelmed.

Yet as the Just Love Network, we are stirred once again to worship and to pray - to turn our eyes upon Jesus, to recentre our lives on his vision for justice, and to put it into practice in our towns, our cities and our world.

From Aberdeen to London, you are invited to join us this winter. Alongside time in worship and creative prayer, there'll also be loads of social time and a chance to hear about Just Love events and projects happening near you in 2025.

All are welcome.

FAQs

  • Anyone! All are welcome.

These events are designed with Christians in mind, especially people who are passionate about worship and social justice. But if you're just curious, or are exploring Christianity, you're still more than welcome!

Many of us will probably be young adults (20's and 30's), but that's not an official policy. This event is 100% open to everyone, from across the UK church. There's no age barrier or restriction.

Our worship style will be a blend of liturgical, contemporary and charismatic, and we invite all Christians to gather with us, praying and sharing together in worship, prayer and the call to social justice.

  • No! Everyone is welcome.

These events are open to all - come along and join the fun.

It's a great way to find out about Just Love's vision or get involved for the first time.

  • A few reasons…

For a start, we believe deeply in the importance of gathered prayer and worship. That looks different every time we gather, and for each of us as individuals.

Secondly, we want to make space to come together in local and regional communities across the Just Love Network, gathering in Just Love Hubs and launching new ones where we don't yet have one!

Finally, we want to give time to pray reflectively and creatively for ourselves and our world at the start of 2025.

  • Just Love is made up of Christians from many different streams of the church. Different events we run have slightly different flavours and emphases.

These events will mix liturgical, artistic, and charismatic styles of worship and prayer but, on balance, lean towards the charismatic.

We will begin each event with a period of collective prayer (liturgy), the Lord's Prayer, and a time of quiet and stillness.

There will then be a short talk on Just Love's vision: practicing justice in the way of Jesus.

There will also be quiet / slow-down spaces for those who need a break from the music or the activity.

  • No, dinner is not included in this event.

  • All venues are wheelchair accessible and have and wheelchair accessible toilets.

Some venues have hearing loops, but not all.

Some venues have gender neutral toilets, but not all.

We are interested to consider BSL or other signed provision, should this be needed by any guests.

Please do let us know via the ticket form or at network@justloveuk.com of any specific accessibility needs that you or those with you may have. We can provide further information and open a conversation about how best to accommodate your needs.

Please check each page for specific venue-by-venue information, or directly contact the Just Love Network with any questions (network@justloveuk.com).

  • Thanks for asking! We'd love to have your help on the night. We need a small team of keen people to help with things
