At Just Love, we take privacy very seriously. We understand that you have the right to know who is using your data, how they are using it and why. How we collect information about you

Just Love does not capture or store any personal information about individuals who access this website, except where you choose to give us your personal information through the ‘contact us’ form or through signing up to the mailing list. This information is treated as strictly confidential and is not shared outside of Just Love without your express consent.

Just Love may store information submitted through an online survey. This data will be anonymised where possible and the raw data will be deleted within 12 months of the surveys completion. You do not have to fill in any personal information that you don’t want Just Love to see.

How we use your personal information

We collect information about you in order to respond to your queries or questions sent to us through the website.

We may pass your personal information on to the relevant Just Love staff member for the purposes of linking you up with your local Just Love group if requested.

If you give us your consent, we may also add your details to our database in order to remain in contact with you after getting in touch through the website.

We will not, without your express consent, provide your personal information to any third parties for any purpose.

Just Love uses MailChimp to send regular emails. If you chose to sign up to our mailing list through the website, you are giving Just Love your express permission to transfer your data to MailChimp. If you do not give this permission then Just Love will not be able to send emails to you.

Each time you receive an email you will be able to update your preferences and subscribe or unsubscribe from regular emails via MailChimp.

Survey information will be stored for 12 months in it’s raw form and then securely deleted. Just Love will keep a report of the findings of the survey indefinitely. There will be no individual personal information used in a report.

Upon receiving your request, we will amend or securely delete your data within one month.
