Just Love training events are a key part of your time on committee; they exist to equip you with all you need to lead a passionate, impactful, and sustained pursuit of justice. Training will provide space for you to get to know your committee more and connect with other Just Love groups. Alongside this, training events are also just really great fun, so we are excited to see you there and get to know you better!

What to expect at JLET!
JLET is going to be an exciting couple of days, receiving excellent training and connecting with the other Just Love committees. The sessions will focus on theology, leadership and how we can have an impact on injustice. Alongside these sessions, there will also be plenty space for breaks, optional organised fun and evening activities, where we hope you’ll be able to have a laugh and get to know your committee and other committees better.
We’ve also carved out lots of time for prayer and worship, including a prayer room available throughout the event. We’re praying that JLET will be time of connecting with God and committing this year to Him.
We’re also really delighted that there is a team of people from our community who have committed to praying for you during the course of training. We as a staff team are also praying, especially in the lead up to JLET, that God will do exciting things through this time together and that you will leave feeling equipped and excited to lead your Just Love communities!
JLET London will be live-streamed, on the 14-16th April. If you are unable to join either JLET in-person, but are able to join online, you can get your livestream ticket here.

Just Love Easter Training (also known as JLET) is the first of two training events that you will have the opportunity to attend during your time on a Just Love committee. JLET is a foundation laying training that will give you the best possible start to leading your Just Love group, as well as preparing and developing you all as individuals to continue to pursue Jesus and justice well after university.
Sessions will include: theology, team dynamics, leadership development, role-based sessions, and there will be plenty of time for prayer, worship and reflection. It’s also a great time to get to know other student leaders from your area!

Just Love Easter Training (or JLET) is designed for those who will be on a Just Love committee from Easter 2025 onwards, or those whose time on committee continues beyond Easter.
If you are on committee for the second (or even third) time, we would still love you to attend JLET and would be delighted to see you again. You might find it helpful to have a conversation with your Just Love staff worker about what attending a training event for the second time will be like.

There are two JLET events this year - one in London and one in Arbroath
JLET England and Wales will take place in London and is for committee members from the following Just Love groups: Bath, Birmingham, Bristol, Cambridge, Cardiff, Durham, Exeter, Falmouth, Leeds, Liverpool, Newcastle, Norwich, Nottingham, Oxford, Sheffield, Sussex, Warwick, Winchester, and York.
JLET Scotland will take place in Arbroath and is for committee members from the following Just Love groups: Aberdeen, Dundee, Edinburgh, Glasgow, and St Andrews.
