Upcoming Events
Here are some quality events (online and in-person) about faith and justice to connect with and learn from people and organisations who are experts in their fields. Watch this space for upcoming national events and conferences, gatherings, courses, and workshops across the UK.
Rooted Conference | Hope Into Action
Where: The Ridgeway Centre, Milton Keynes, MK12 5TH
Homelessness is more than houselessness and it ends in community. Hope into Action works to house the homeless, ensure that people are rooted in their local communities and supported by churches.
The keynote speakers - Krish Kandiah and Ed Walker - will explore the roots of Hope into Action as an organisation and the core Christian principles that underpin their work, and tenants will share about what this has meant in their lives.
The Hope into Action conference is for volunteers, church leaders, professionals, investors and anyone interested in how the church can respond to the UK’s homelessness crisis.
MOTIV8 Holiday!
SU Holidays for young people from Scotland's poorest communities may be one or two steps too far. MOTIV8 Holidays offer the same life-changing time away, but with the extra support and more relaxed boundaries that may be required - a relaxed programme, realistic expectations around cultural norms, language and Bible engagement, later bedtimes and morning start times, higher adult/young person ratio and more!
