Accessibility and Welfare Information
We want everyone in our movement to be able to access and feel a sense of belonging at our Just Love events and as a staff team we have sought to do all we can to make that possible. There is some information below about the measures we've put in place.
If you have any other requirements to make JLAT accessible to you, please do get in touch with training@justloveuk.com.
General Information
At the event, there will be first aiders and a safeguarding lead to report and respond to any concerns. Prayer ministry will be available throughout the event for those who would find it helpful to talk and pray with a member of our team. We will have a dedicated 'quiet room' for anyone to use if they need to take time out of the main sessions to reflect, rest or be in a quieter space for a while, and there will be the option of a ‘quiet table’ at meal times, away from the busyness and noise of the dining space.
When you purchased your ticket for JLAT, you will have indicated whether you needed assistance finding somewhere to sleep during training. We either will already have, or will be in the process of, connecting you with a host and getting in contact with you.
If finances would stop you from attending JLAT, please do get in touch with your staff worker or the training team on training@justloveuk.com and we can discuss what financial support we're able to provide to help with the cost of the tickets and travel.
