  • Group discounts apply to every member of the group - come along with friends, family, as a Just Love group - and everyone saves some money!

  • Tickets include dinner on the Friday night, but do not include lunch on the Saturday - please bring something along or buy locally!

  • You can also opt to "pay it forward," adding a bit extra to support ticket & travel bursaries for others if you'd like to.

  • The concession ticket is designed for those who cannot pay the full price, for whatever reason. Simply select the ‘Concession’ option when you buy your ticket. Also, if you are in financial difficulty, we'll do the best we can to make this event accessible to you.  Please get in touch directly with Tim Lornie or Hannah Simpson if: you are in financial difficulty, and would like to apply for a ticket and/or travel bursary from Just Love; or you would like to pay in instalments.

Things to Note

Things to Note •

We won't be catering on the Saturday, so bring a packed lunch or pick something up locally at Parsons Green. We'll add a list of local shops, cafes and restaurants to this webpage nearer the time. Perhaps you could grab dinner or a drink with friends (old or new!) after the event.

We expect this event to cost between £45-50/head for the full two days, including a meal on the Friday night. We have worked hard to keep costs as low as possible, but booking a venue in London is never cheap. If you're financially able, please consider making a donation over and above the ticket price to help pay for someone else's ticket or travel bursary! You can do this easily when you buy your ticket.

Why are tickets so expensive this year?

This year's National Gathering is a higher cost than what has gone before. Last year's gathering was £17, but this time a day ticket is £25, and the overall ticket £45. Why is that?

As a result of inflation, everything is more expensive this year. Also, based on your feedback, we're running a two-day gathering for the first time this year so that we can make the most of our time together, especially for those traveling a long distance. We have also prioritised a venue space that meets all our accessibility criteria, which has led to important additional costs. As a result, the cost per head this year is about £45-50/head. We know that's a lot, which is why we've also created a £20 concession ticket, under 50% the overall price. We hope this is the best of both worlds, covering our costs of the event while also enabling our whole community to access this event.
